The Bible portrays women as bearers of wisdom and faith within their families and within their communities. For example, the Proverbs 31 woman is celebrated for her virtues, knowledge, and strength of character, serving as a role model of faithfulness, perseverance and the fear of the Lord.
The Christian church has always relied on women's contributions. Since the very beginning, women have served the body of Christ with their time, talents and resources. Women are the heart of the church.
Every believer is uniquely equipped to play a specific role in God's larger story and should be encouraged to use their gifts to serve the body of Christ – the Church. That includes YOU!
Esther's story is one of the most powerful examples of a woman’s power in the Bible. Her courage and wisdom saved the Jewish people from genocide. She demonstrates the power of faith and purpose when she navigates complex political dynamics and risks her own safety for her people. Women empowered by God affect monumental change and bring deliverance in their communities.
Together, we will rise in strength, love, and unity, knowing that we are a part of something greater than ourselves, called to impact the world around us for Christ.
